Shipping & Delivery Policy

  • At Vastrzone, shipping rate per order is non-refundable 
  • Free shipping is available on shopping worth Rs.799 or above
  • Delivery of orders may take time from 2-15 working days (Vastrzone has partnered with third-party logistic partners for delivering orders).
  • On order confirmation, delivery details will be shared through email.
  • Customers will receive an order tracking number once the product is dispatched.
  • Approximate date of delivery of the purchased Product(s) will be given on the order confirmation page by third party Logistic Partner. Vastrzone shall not be liable for delay in delivery by third party Logistic Partners.

Return/replacement policy for Damaged Package/Broken Product

  • Do not accept the package if the product received in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered or damaged before delivery.
  • Please return the package to the delivery person and notify us immediately through the helpline email on [email protected] mentioning the Order ID. 
  • Vastrazone Team will place a fresh order without any additional cost.

Returns/Exchange/Cancellation Costs Policy

Please read the following content carefully that describes the return/exchange/cancellation policy subjected to the main Terms and Conditions. The alteration in user policy may be amended from time to by Vastrzone.

Clothes: Request for Return/Exchange must be done within 48 hours of receiving the order for all online orders. The product must have original tags intact and only unused products will be accepted. 

Damaged Product: Request for return/exchange of the damaged product must be done within 24 hours of delivery. The issue of style/design of the purchased product will not be counted under ‘Damage’.

Altered Products: No exchanges or refunds will be accepted for garments which have been altered by the customer.

Cancellation: The placed order can be cancelled only within 24 hours before the shipment has been dispatched. On proper cancellation, we will refund the entire amount within 7-15 working days. In case, your order is shipped before cancellation, then it’s only eligible only for replacement.

Reverse Pickup/Shipping Cost: Costs of shipping are borne by the Company only for the first exchange request. Company will not pay the shipping cost for subsequent exchange requests.

In case, customers make multiple exchange requests, the subsequent expenses of reverse pick and delivery will be charged separately. *Multiple exchanges* refers to multiple requests for exchange of product(s) that are purchased in one single order.

Note For Return & Exchange

  • The items should be unused and unwashed for hygiene concerns
  • The product must be returned/replaced with intact tags and in the original bag/packaging. 
  • Garments that have been altered or customised or edged will not be accepted for return/replacement. 
  • An exchange will only be considered on the size of the clothing or if the product is defective.
  • We do not accept any other kind of exchanges like print, design, colours. 
  • Customized/altered products can not be returned or replaced.
  • Return/Exchange request only made within 48 hours of receiving the product will be accepted
  • A product without a valid, readable and untampered serial number will not be accepted for return or exchange
  • If the product with missing, altered or impaired serial number would not be eligible for return or exchange
